We opened our doors in 1989 with just 78 members and moved to our present accommodation in a former police office at 165 Baillieston Road, Glasgow. Members are welcome to drop in at the office, but we are also happy to deal with anyone by telephone or e-mail.
Simple tasks, such as the completion of a share withdrawal slip or payroll mandate can be completed at the reception desk. More complicated or lengthy matters, such as applications for loans, are dealt with in a more private area.

Assistant Chief Constable Allan Burnett of Fife Constabulary launches our new website in February 2006. Looking on are Douglas Goldie and John Campbell from the Credit Union.

Our Chairman, Tom Rowatt, is a man of many talents. Since retiring from the police service he is set to administer the law from a different angle, having been appointed Justice of the Peace to serve at Rutherglen District Court. The photograph shows Justice Rowatt being sworn in by Gilbert Cox, Lord Lieutenant for Lanarkshire.
