As a member of the Credit Union, you have access to a “free” money advice service. If we are unable to lend to you to clear your debt, we would give you the option to be referred to StepChange debt charity.

They have trained money advisors who can look at other options available to you and there is no cost for this.

Please note that neither the Credit Union, nor any other money advice agency we may refer members to, will charge you for their assistance.
